In January, Dr. Ruediger Oehlmann chaired the First British-Japanese
Colloquium on Chance Discovery at Kingston University. In addition to
researchers from various British universities, the colloquium was attended
by a delegation from the Japanese Consortium for Chance Discovery led by
Prof. Yukio Ohsawa the initiator of the Chance Discovery Framework.
