New Technology Institute
The New Technology Institute of Kingston University delivers courses from FdSc Foundation Degrees to short courses which combine academic knowledge, technical and business skills to fully equip people for rewarding careers in IT. The NTI tackles real skill shortages identified by employers and help people achieve genuinely marketable skills. NTI courses are practical, industry focused, up to date and accessible to a wider range of people than afforded by traditional education options.
Professional Training for All
The NTI provides computing, maths and technology training via a great range of Short Courses, giving you access to top quality teaching and facilities. Short Courses operate at varying levels from starter to masters, all at University standard. Study is flexible too, ranging from a few hours a week to intensive week long programmes, while course entry costs are very modest.
Our Short Courses are open to anyone who wants to learn new skills at a challenging level. You may be an individual already in work, looking for self-improvement or an employer with specific skills requirements. Either way you can trust us to put your training needs first.
Vendor Short Courses
The NTI works with some of the biggest names in the IT industry to provide courses leading to highly sought after vendor qualifications, either embedded in the IT for e-Business FdSc, or as separate short courses. This means we can offer highly sought after vendor qualifications, either embedded in the IT for e-Business FdSc, or as short courses. We currently run Cisco and Microsoft specific programmes and, as an Apple Authorised Training Centre for Education, can now offer fully accredited Apple training courses.
